When you purchase the Security-Plus package, we monitor incoming payments for you, issue reminders if necessary and respond to requests and questions. So you can rest assured that the most important component – rental payment – is in good hands.

UMS takes the following steps either on your request or independently:

Our service

• Collection of payments for rent
• Payment monitoring
• Transfer of the monthly rental payments to you
• If rental payments are not received on time: Telephone contact with the tenant (independently)
• Written warning notice/s (independently)
• Set a payment deadline and threaten termination as per Art. 257d OR of the Swiss Code of Obligations (in consultation
  with you)
• Issue of a payment summons on your behalf of and at your expense (in consultation with you)
